Walks in Spain

Bold landscapes, layered histories, and everyday beauty

Spain is a land shaped by artists, architects, and storytellers. From Roman roads to Moorish palaces, and from medieval plazas to modern boulevards, its history is written into the stones beneath your feet. It’s a country of contrasts—sunlit coastlines and mountain villages, grand cathedrals and quiet courtyards, flamenco rhythms and café conversations.

Walking through Spain is a way to slow down and connect with its spirit. I’ve curated a few self guided walks in Madrid and Cádiz to help you experience the country the way I did: with curiosity, appreciation, and a sense of discovery. Each walk is designed to reveal something special—whether it’s a garden tucked behind a museum, a rooftop view over the city, or a quiet street that tells its own story.
